Responsibilities:

• Working closely with colleagues at all levels in regard to mentorship, development and coaching
• Ensuring company compliance in regard to all federal, provincial and safety regulations are met
• Maintaining and managing company fiscal standing
• Establishing and ensuring company facilities are maintained
• Overseeing the purchase and maintenance of technological equipment
• Upholding the company's image by active engagement within the community

Qualifications:

• A college diploma/bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role
• Minimum of 3 years of aviation management experience 
• Experience working with a Board of Directors
• Ideal candidates will have worked in aviation in some capacity
• Must be a strong communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive towards innovation
