Responsibilities:
- Managing and providing direction to a team of Dispatchers
- Training and onboarding of new Dispatchers to the team.
- Various administrative tasks like monitoring payroll/time entry of staff, managing workflow of department, setting targets and other administrative elements.
Qualifications:
- Industrial services experience ideal
- 3 years of dispatch management experience
- ERP experience
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
