Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events and meetings
- Provide support in various administrative tasks
- Monitor the CRM system and tools
- Process transactions, statements and deposits
- Provide professional and exceptional customer service to the clientele
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in the insurance and investment sector
- Experience with CRM and exceptional Excel skills
- Self driven, motivated work ethic and a personality that is open to learn and grow
