Are you a seasoned Property Accountant looking for a new challenge with a growing company? Our client in the Property Management industry in the Kitchener area has just the role for you! This is an immediate Property Accountant opportunity on a contract for 12 months.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who are not currently working and have full cycle property accounting experience with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle property accounting
- Review payable and receivables.
- Filing HST returns.
- Monthly, and yearly financial statement preparation
- Assist in creating and documenting new processes.
- Cash flow management
- Prepare documents for annual audits and tax filings.
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounting experience in commercial property management environment.
- Prior experience working with Yardi Voyager is considered an asset.
- A diploma or degree in accounting is preferred.
