Job Description

Our insurance client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Reporting Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. This is an immediate contract for 1-month. This role is crucial in supporting their team with rolling forward and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple regulated entities. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with a variety of duties within the quarter-close process to prepare for year end.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and Bermuda statutory requirements.
  • Support all accounting and operational aspects of reinsurance transactions
  • Work with Workiva, including roll-forward processes, linkage management and input functions.
Qualifications:
  • CPA designation is highly preferred
  • Prior experience working with Workiva or W-Desk
  • Strong foundation in financial reporting with attention to accuracy and regulatory standards.
  • Prior experience with US GAAP for reinsurance/ insurance companies is preferred
