- Facilitate the completion of usual HR department tasks, including employee feedback efforts and annual performance reviews.
- Guide, coach, and advise new and existing managers on HR legislation and people management best practices.
- Work across various HR areas, demonstrating a true generalist mindset.
- Support learning and development projects.
- Participate in recruitment activities as needed.
- Experience facilitating the completion of usual HR department tasks, including employee feedback efforts and annual performance reviews.
- Ability to coach managers on people management and legislation.
- A true generalist with a process-driven mindset, eager to engage in diverse HR tasks and strategic implementation.
- Logical, dynamic, sociable personality, comfortable being in the spotlight and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in-office in Mississauga 3 days per week
- Ability to travel 10-15% (up to four trips per year) to satellite offices or annual company meetings.
- Foundation in the tech space or healthcare an asset, especially with experience in finance
- Experience in compensation processes or with Quebec employment law an asset.
