Our Oakville client is growing and has an immediate opportunity for a Payroll Clerk to join their team for a 6-month contract with a high possibility of extension! This is a completely remote position. This position will work as part of the payroll team for Canada ensuring full cycle payroll for the client’s Canadian business on a semi-monthly basis.

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle Canadian payroll processing
- Effectively respond to payroll related queries from employees
- Work with the HR team to ensure the employee database is up to date
- Assist in processing invoices from suppliers, ensuring timely payments
- Other tasks as assigned by the Payroll Manager
- Additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1+year of payroll experience in a mid to high-volume setting
- Hands-on experience with Workday or SAP is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required for success in this position
