As the Senior Accountant, you would work closely with the Director of Finance on financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, and assisting with audits.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements
- Handle costing and budgeting for various projects
- Review payroll, reconciliations, and assist with audits
- Prepare tax returns
- Work closely with the team to mentor junior staff, and support management with process improvements and SOPs
Job Requirements
- Strong prior experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and ERP skills
- Previous experience overseeing and training staff is ideal but not required
