Our client located in New Hamburg has an immediate opening for a Payroll Assistant to join their team! This is a contract role with potential to go permanent. This role will assist the payroll team in processing biweekly, multiprovince payroll for over 1500 employees! Responsibilities:
- Process full-cycle biweekly payroll
- Prepare ROEs, remittances, and issue payroll reports
- Ensure all payroll data and reports are accurate and up to date
- Assist with year-end reconciliations
- Set up new employee profiles
- Additional tasks as required
Job Requirements
- 2+ years' experience processing full cycle payroll
- Strong attention to detail
