Job Description

Our well-established client, based in Kitchener, has an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The role will be responsible for owning the entire AP process, ageing reports, as well as month end reconciliation. Responsibilities:
  • Process all payments
  • Manage the month-end process for AP
  • Manage Accounting records
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Prepare AP ageing reports
  • Solving any payment related discrepancies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Controller
Requirements:
  • 2 + years of full-cycle AP experience is required.
  • Experience working in Property Management industry is a MUST
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting or a related field is required.
