Job Description

Our client, located in Guelph, is looking for Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting, this role focuses on operational side of things like month end reports, financial reporting and much more. Responsibilities:
- Preparation and delivery of financial reporting
- Complete month end processes
- Prepare journal entries for complex accounting activities
- Review and analyze reporting and account balances
- Act as an important resource for internal stakeholders
- A minimum of two years of full-cycle General Accounting experience with strong month end exposure.
- Enrollment in CPA program is considered an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong technical skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a large finance team
- Strong attention to detail along with strong communication skills
