Job Description
Our client is a large and rapidly growing international manufacturing organization, and they are seeking an Interim Director, FP&A & Treasury to support their finance team during a leadership transition. This is an immediate opening. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance leader to step into a high-impact role, ensuring continuity across FP&A and Treasury functions while working closely with executive leadership.
Reporting to the CFO, this role will oversee key financial functions, including cash management, forecasting, and executive reporting, while also supporting a critical upcoming global insurance renewal. The successful candidate will play both a strategic and hands-on role, leading a small team and helping maintain momentum across ongoing initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A and Treasury functions, ensuring continuity and operational effectiveness
- Oversee and mentor the Senior Treasury Analyst and Corporate FP&A Manager
- Manage treasury operations including:
- Online cash management
- Cash flow forecasting
- Liquidity planning
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, including the executive team
- Support and coordinate the global insurance renewal process
- Contribute to strategic financial initiatives and ongoing integration efforts related to acquisitions
- CPA designation required
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally at a senior leadership level (e.g., VP Finance, Corporate Finance Leader, Deputy CFO)
- Strong FP&A background with hands-on treasury experience (mandatory)
- Experience in mid-to-large, complex organizations
- Proven ability to build presentations and present to senior leadership. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a willingness to be hands-on
