Our international client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Corporate Finance to join their team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead comprehensive corporate finance operations, working directly with the CFO in a collaborative, hands-on environment. If you are a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in technical accounting, FP&A, and Treasury, and thrive in an international setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This position is designed for an individual who can take full ownership of day-to-day corporate finance and drive key strategic projects. You will manage a dedicated team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of all financial deliverables across a global enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all corporate finance departments: Treasury, FP&A, consolidations, group accounting, and financial reporting.

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day corporate finance operations.

  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of all corporate finance deliverables.

  • Manage and mentor a team of managers, providing guidance and support.

  • Collaborate closely with global controllers on treasury documentation and internal controls review.

  • Navigate and understand the nuances of statutory reporting rules in various countries.

Qualifications:
  • CPA Required and:
  • 10-15 years experience in corporate finance functions, similar to a corporate controller role.

  • Strong background in both technical accounting/reporting and FP&A.

  • Proven experience with Treasury functions in an international organization. 

  • Demonstrated ability to "get things done" and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.

  • Significant global consolidation experience, with an understanding of international statutory reporting rules.

  • A Big Four background is ideally preferred.

  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and strong analytical review skills.

  • Ability to operate independently and take initiative.
