Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle AP operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support on complex transactions and reporting matters.
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and process inefficiencies, partnering cross-functionally to enhance workflows.
- Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging new technologies and reporting tools.
- Support team leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior staff and contributing to performance outcomes.
- Collaborate across departments to strengthen communication, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
- Play a key role in special projects and organizational change initiatives within the finance function.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation is a must
- A keen individual who can see the overall picture and is eager to make a difference
- Manufacturing experience, ORÂ public accounting experience with manufacturing clients is preferred
- Comfortable learning and automating tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-departmentally.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time
