It’s an opportunity to step into a highly visible position where you’ll influence strategic decision-making, partner with senior leadership, and drive performance across a dynamic, project-driven environment. You’ll also play a key role in managing audits, supporting tax compliance, and navigating multi-jurisdictional requirements with confidence.
Be a Strategic Partner to the Business
This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations. You’ll work closely with Project Directors, Sales, and Operations leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights. From budgeting and forecasting to scenario analysis and performance tracking, you’ll help shape business strategy, proactively identify risks, and drive better decision-making. You’ll own project financials end-to-end—monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, and guiding corrective actions where needed.
Drive Insight, Systems, and Continuous Improvement
Leverage tools like Power BI to deliver clear, impactful reporting and dashboards that elevate visibility across the business. You’ll also play a hands-on role in maintaining ERP data integrity, resolving issues, and improving overall financial processes. Additionally, you’ll contribute to bid processes—bringing financial rigor and insight to support smart, profitable growth.
Lead and Influence
As a leader within the finance function, you’ll mentor your team while championing process improvements and driving efficiencies across systems and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with FP&A, Treasury, and Shared Services to ensure alignment with broader corporate objectives and best practices.
