Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial actuals and prepare variance analyses.
- Monitor, interpret, and report on KPIs.
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and deliver accurate financial reports to various stakeholders, and translate the numbers into actionable business insights.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decision making.
- Analyze business reports to support management decision-making.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
 Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years in a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role
- Preference for those coming from a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) background
- CPA or MBA required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills required, and able to learn new systems/software quickly
- Very strong analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills; able to explain the numbers to senior leadership and non-finance professionals with confidence and ease.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail and organization.
