Job Description

Our client located in Burlington is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join their team.  Reporting to the Accounting Manager this role focuses on general accounting month end close procedures, AP, AR and special projects.  If you have 3+ years of Accounting experience and looking to join a fantastic, stable company, then this opportunity could be for you!

Responsibilities:

  • General accounting/ Bookkeeping
  • Full cycle accounts receivable and payable
  • Process payments
  • Monthly recs for balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with year end financial statements
  • Oversee and coordinate special financial projects

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Bookkeeping/ Accounting
  • Diploma in Accounting preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a small office environment
