Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Review Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable reconciliations
• Assist with the coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage monthly and year-end closings
• Make recommendations and assist with process and procedural improvements
• Prepare financial reports
• Work closely with external auditors
• Support other projects as assigned by the CFO and Director

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, either from public accounting or industry (tech, manufacturing, distribution, food, engineering, software, or construction)
• Completed or near completion of your CPA designation
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
