Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, which is high-volume and fast-paced.
- Lead month-end processes and reporting for AP, AR, and all other transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare/analyze cash flow statements and reports.
- Complete foreign exchange analyses for multiple entities.Â
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
- Evaluate systems, software, and workflow, and implement process improvements.
 Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience handling high-volume accounts payables and cash forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field
- CPA preferred but not required
- Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software required
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
- High level of organization and detail orientation
- Strong communication skills
