Responsibilities:
- Lead a team while providing guidance, support, and coaching for development.
- Provide support to teams by assisting with the resolution of escalated issues from customers, agencies, or managers.
- Establish and maintain communicative relationships with all stakeholders and ensure that accurate information and reporting is provided.
- Make recommendations for efficiency improvements to the AP and payroll team day-to-day duties, as well as accounting procedures and policies.
- Prepare and review cost allocations, and perform regular reviews and adjustments on internal controls, reporting, and timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or Diploma in Accounting required
- At least 4 years of accounting experience
- Experience working for non-profit is an asset
