The role reports directly to the Controller.The role focuses on general accounting tasks, reconciliations, and assisting with financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Handling AR/AP
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Month end reporting
- Inventory
- Reconcile balance sheets and post journal entries.
- Assist with wire and EFT payments.
- Payroll review and data entry
- Monthly accruals
- Cost reporting
- Execute other accounting tasks as requested by the controller.
Job Requirements
- 2+ year accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Must be a problem solver with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
