Accounts Payable Clerk - Contract

Job Description
Our client has an immediate opportunity for an AP Clerk to join their team in Oakville! Reporting to the Controller, the AP Clerk will handle a variety of administrative tasks, as well as full cycle accounts payable and cash disbursements. This is a 12-18 month contract!

Responsibilities:
- Manage the salary & commission calculations
- Management of Accounts Receivable and Payable including data entry
- Preparation of month end
- Monthly reconciliations and journal entries
- Review, record and manage expenses
- Assisting the Controller with additional duties as required
Job Requirements
- 2+ years’ AP experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
