Reporting to the AP Manager, this role focuses on full-cycle AP, handling AP-related inquiries, and preparing monthly AP reports. Responsibilities:

• Manage the AP process from start to finish.
• Ensure timely posting and reconciling of accounts.
• Process standalone invoices and payments through Fleet (transportation management system)
• Responding and handling AP inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing monthly AP reports.
• Assist the AP manager in ad-hoc projects.

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable
• Experience working in the transportation industry is a bonus.
