Are you an experienced AR specialist looking for a new opportunity? Our well-established client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a growing company while also having the chance to communicate with customers and individuals in your community.

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor customer credit levels for reports  
  • Validating new customers 
  • Reconciling accounts, monthly statements, deposits and checks 
  • Communicate with and create good relationships with customers via phone and email 
  • Following up on aging accounts 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of AR experience  
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to take initiative 
  • Manufacturing or construction experience is an asset 
  • This role is 100% on-site. Candidates must be able to work in-office 5 days a week
