- Manage daily administrative operations and prioritise office workflows
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and event logistics
- Support budgeting, reporting, and financial reconciliation
- Draft and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain databases, filing systems, and digital content
- Respond to complex inquiries and provide policy guidance
- Supervise short-term staff and ensure quality standards
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Office Administration or related field
- 4+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
