Our client located in Kitchener is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their team! Reporting to the Office Manager, this position will be responsible for general administrative and reception duties. This position is with a small, well-established company!

Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties including answering and directing calls
- General day to day administrative tasks
- Providing team with support and assisting the Office Manager
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events for Senior Management
- Assist with the setup of meeting rooms, and ensure that materials and equipment are prepared
- Ordering and inventory management of office supplies
- Must have 2+ years of administrative experience
- Must have experience working reception and demonstrate strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams would be an asset
- Experience working for a small sized company
- Previous work experience working at a law firm, construction, property management, accounting firm, engineering firm, or financial services company would be a bonus but not required
