Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- work closely with Architects, Engineers and Specification Writers, providing detailed product knowledge and specs
- Ensure quotes and deliveries are done within a timely manner
- Work with the inside sales team to facilitate smooth communication between departments
- Foster new connections and customers in the territory by displaying extensive knowledge in the company product line
- Resolve any client issues as they arise
- Attend company sales meetings
- Work effectively with Purchasing, Shipping and Accounting departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous architectural sales experience
- Exceptional client relation skills are a must
- Travel is required for the role
