Responsibilities:
- Strategic Budget Management: Leading the budget process and providing insightful analysis to drive informed decisions.
- Comprehensive Financial Consolidation: Overseeing the consolidation of financial data to provide a clear and accurate picture of our performance.
- Efficient Payroll Management: Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Optimized Accounts Receivable: Managing accounts receivable effectively to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Impactful Financial Reporting: Preparing insightful internal and external financial statements that tell our success story.
- Driving Innovation through Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes, leveraging your expertise to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
- A solid foundation with an accounting degree or diploma.
- While a CPA designation is highly valued, it's not a prerequisite for this exciting opportunity.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, demonstrating your strong technical skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and proven experience with robust ERP systems.
