Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate accounting and closing processes
- Reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
- Assist with budgets and forecasts
- Ensure the adherence of all documented procedures, approvals, and internal controls, as well as tax entry compliance
- Work closely with the business and review and provide commentary on variances
- Review the work of the junior department members
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of intermediate-senior level accounting experience, including month-end financials
- Must have experience working with a large ERP system
- Accounting degree or diploma
- CPA is an asset but not required
