Job Description

Our client located in Kitchener is looking to hire a Benefits Manager to join their team! Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position will be responsible for accurately administering benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide management with recommendations to support the business with best practices related to benefits, and pensions
  • Accurately and timely process benefit transactions
  • Comply with collective agreements and changes to benefits
  • Complete annual processes for year end reporting and transactions
  • Provide employees support by responding to all inquiries and be a subject matter expert on benefits plans

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of benefit management experience
  • Experience managing process and systems improvements
  • Experience using either ADP or Ceridian is considered an asset
