Our client located in Guelph has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative to join their team! Do you speak French and have strong communication skills? Read on! Reporting to the Inside Sales & Customer Experience Manager, this position will be responsible for managing B2B customer accounts, providing customer support, and general relationship management. This is a hybrid position (3 days in office), working within a positive, productive, and cooperative work environment!

Responsibilities:
- Build positive and professional B2B customer relationships through strong and consistent communication.
- Resolve queries over the phone/email related to product inquiry requests, price quotations, contracts, returns/cancellations.
- Managing customer complaints and providing solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize tasks including the completion of paperwork and entry of information into database.
- Consistently follow up with customers about orders, complaints, inquiries, and lab orders.
- Collaborate internally with Sales Representatives and work alongside the customer service team and provide support and assistance to co-workers when required.
Job Requirements
- Must be bilingual in French/English and demonstrate strong reading/writing/speaking skills.
- 2+ years of experience working in a Customer Service or similar position.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, collaborate with a team, demonstrate a sales focused mindset.
