Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and provide account statements
- Complete daily credit card processing
- As needed work with customers to resolve outstanding invoices
- Set up inventory items in system
- Create and process purchase orders
- Post deposits
- Complete ad hoc reporting as necessary
- Assist with inputting vendor invoices as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Relevant post-secondary education in the area of Business or Accounting
- Bilingual French/English, written and spoken is required
- Previous experience with purchasing, accounts receivable or accounts payable an asset
