Responsibilities:

• Bank and account reconciliations
• Account Analysis budget vs actuals
• Inventory
• Reconcile balance sheets and post journal entries.
• Assist with wire and EFT payments.
• Assisting with AP/ AR whenever needed
• Monthly accruals
• Work with the Controller to prepare annual budget.
• Assist the Controller with monthly/quarterly and yearly financial statement preparation
• Execute other accounting tasks as requested by the controller.

• 2+ years of strong general accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Must be a problem solver with intermediate to advance Excel skills.
