Our client, a well established growing manufacturing company in Cambridge, is looking to add a Bookkeeper to their team! Reporting directly to the Controller, this position will handle full bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and payroll. The company has had a rapid increase in sales over the last couple of years and is growing quickly!

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Government filings such as payroll remittances, WSIB and HST
- Processing of payroll for Cambridge employees
- Management of Accounts Receivable and Payable including data entry
- Preparation of month end
- Reconciliation of three corporate accounts
- Review, record and manage expenses
- Assisting the Controller with additional duties as required
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience full cycle bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- HR experience considered an asset
