Are you a seasoned Bookkeeper looking for a new challenge with a growing company? Our client in the Property Management industry in the Hamilton area has just the role for you! As a bookkeeper, you will focus on full-cycle bookkeeping for the company’s properties including AR, AP, and lease administration.
This is a great opportunity for a bookkeeper with full cycle accounting experience from industry or an accounting firm who has keen attention to detail and wants to work for a growing private Canadian company.

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle bookkeeping
- Review payable and receivables.
- Filing HST returns.
- Monthly, and yearly financial statement preparation
- Assist in creating and documenting new processes.
- Cash flow management
- Prepare documents for annual audits and tax filings.
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Keen attention to detail and extremely organized
- A diploma or degree in accounting is preferred.
- Prior property management experience is an asset.
