Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations, ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and coach the retail team to deliver exceptional member services and achieve business goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence through regular coaching, feedback, and recognition.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide holistic solutions that meet member needs.
- Build and maintain strong community connections to drive member engagement and business development.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field, with strong financial literacy.
- 6-8 years of experience in retail banking, including lending and investments.
- 2-4 years of leadership experience, with proven skills in coaching and team development.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Passion for community engagement and values-based banking.
