Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and develop contracts/long-term agreements
• Source new suppliers/buyers
• Ensure compliance with required legislation
• Collaborate with internal teams and Senior Buyers
• Develop strategies for cost reductions and improvements

• 2+ years of related work experience
• Must have knowledge of electrical commodities and a great understanding of contract/agreements
• Experience with negotiations, supplier communication, and sourcing of new suppliers is required
• Strong attention to detail skills, and ability to work in a fast paced environment is considered an asset
