Our client, a well-established law firm in Hamilton, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Accounting Coordinator to join their team. This is a newly created role that offers a unique opportunity to manage the financial operations for their clients with complex property portfolios.
This position will allow you to be a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely management of their property-related financial obligations while working closely with the firm’s Accounts Manager (CPA). The firm is expanding its client base and portfolio, providing a dynamic environment for an individual ready to take on increased responsibility in the future.

This position will allow you to be a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely management of their property-related financial obligations while working closely with the firm’s Accounts Manager (CPA). - Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the financial management of their properties
- Ensure the timely payment of property-related expenses, including mortgages, property taxes, utilities, and vendor invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records for each client’s portfolio
- Work within QuickBooks and Xero for financial reporting and transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Work closely with the Accounts Manager on financial matters, helping to streamline processes and improve accuracy
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an accounting role (e.g., Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant)
- Strong understanding of financial transactions and reporting
- Experience with QuickBooks and Xero preferred
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in accounting or a related field preferred
