As the Controller with this construction company in Burlington, you would be responsible for overseeing a team of five while focusing on full cycle accounting such as the month end process, audits, financial statements and more! This position is 100% on site!

Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and implement process improvements across the department
- Coordinate and assist with audits
- Budget monitoring and analysis
- Assist team with month end and year end process
- Oversee the entire accounting process including AR & AP
- Support the VP with ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- CPA designation is required
- 10+ years' full cycle accounting experience, with at least 3 at a management level
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to be a hands on leader
