Our client located in Cambridge is looking for a Controller to join their team. Reporting to the VP, Finance this role focuses on financial reporting, and lead and overseeing the operational accounting team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Financial reporting
- Manage all Accounting operations
- Process improvements with regards to month end reporting
- Participate in budget and forecast process
- Manage and lead the accounting team
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
- MUST have CPA designation
- MUST have experience in manufacturing, distribution or related industry
- Experience managing and leading a team
