Job Description
Our client is looking for a Controller to join their team in Cambridge! This full-time position will report directly to the Managing Director. Our client is looking for an experienced professional who will support their Canadian headquarters. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
- This role is also responsible for office management, supporting logistics operations, and providing basic IT support
- Prepare monthly and yearly financials as well annual operating budgets
- Communicate financial metrics to senior management
- Liaising with outside agencies: bank, customers, suppliers, customs auditors
- Manage foreign exchange transactions
- Manage staff in the administrative and warehouse departments
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Controller in a small to mid-sized private company ($10-15 million in revenue)
- Willing to wear many hats
- Advanced Excel skills are required
