Our construction client located in Kitchener is looking to add a Controller to their team! This role will report to the CFO and oversees two direct reports, while managing the accounting process such as AR, AP, month end, financial statements and more.

Responsibilities:

• Handle month and year end process
• Process biweekly payroll and manage HR documentation
• Create, implement, and oversee process improvements 
• Work closely with management to oversee strategic plans and continue growing the team and company
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

• CPA required
• 2+ years' management or supervisory experience
• Strong attention to detail
