Our client offers:
- Competitive compensation in the range of $100,000 to $120,000

- This is a 100% in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage core general accounting and project accounting activities, including daily operations and workflow optimization.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting team, promoting professional development and ensuring high standards of accuracy.
- Oversee all accounting functions related to the construction department, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and legal mandates.
- Actively contribute to the ongoing implementation and refinement of financial ERP systems.
- Prepare and deliver precise financial reports and statements to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external accounting partners to deliver insightful financial analyses.
- Participate in shaping the strategic direction and evolution of key financial roles within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in accounting principles
- Must have construction and project accounting experience
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving work setting.
