Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead accounting operations across three divisions
• Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead the year-end audit process and ensure full compliance with tax regulations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and standard procedures.
• Drive the monthly financial close, including budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Oversee job cost reporting
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by VP

Requirements:

• CPA designation is a requirement for this role
• 3+ years experience at the management level
• Exposure to the construction industry considered a strong asset 
• Strong team player
