Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the monthly close and financial reporting process
- Prepare timely financial statements, variance analysis, and internal management reports
- Perform and resolve balance sheet reconciliations with strong technical judgment
- Improve and document accounting processes; support audits and compliance efforts
- Process payroll and related accounting activities accurately and timely
- Partner cross?functionally and support accounting systems and technology initiativesÂ
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Ability to quickly learn new systems/software
- Advanced Excel skills
- High level of organization and detail orientation
- Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills
