Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, high performance Corporate Paralegal to join their implementation team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Toronto, ON, and will contribute to the execution of senior executive and other business objectives. The successful candidate will manage corporate filings, documentation, and coordination with external stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist implementation leads with project deliverables, as outlined in the project plan.
- Coordinate project activities, including preparation of documents required after insurance policy placement.
- Manage the file-closing process with transaction stakeholders.
- Prepare initial documentation for lenders, insurance companies, and other external parties.
- Provide updates on timing, blockers, and project completion to staff and management.
- Liaise with third-party service providers to obtain documentation for project completion and ongoing servicing.
- Facilitate the completion of goals and deliverables across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Participate in ad hoc projects involving process improvement, productivity review, and strategic planning.
- Legal assistant or paralegal diploma, or equivalent training/experience.
- 5–7 years of recent experience supporting multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to perform under time pressure.
- Familiarity with corporate filings, legal documentation, and high-net-worth client services.
