Job Description

Our manufacturing client is searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to join their team, in this role you will be responsible for taking calls, order data entry, invoicing and managing the company inbox. If you have strong attention to detail and enjoy working autonomously this may be the right fit for you!

Responsibilities:
- Receive and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage company inbox and respond to vendors and clients in timely manner.
- Order data entry into SAP
- Assist with Invoicing/ shipping process
- Responsible for accurate execution of all order fulfillment steps
- Must have 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience working with SAP or similar ERP system is MANDATORY.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.
