As the Director of Corporate Services, you would directly oversee the Finance, HR, IT, and Administration functions in a team of 8, while reporting to the CEO. Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of 8
- Own the budgeting, reporting, and analysis processes
- Oversee the finance, IT, and HR functions
- Create and develop process improvements and policy implementations
- Work closely with senior management on strategic planning and growth
Job Requirements
- CPA designation required
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector or a small organization would be ideal
- Hands-on leader who is comfortable overseeing multiple functions
