- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Management of residential construction projectsÂ
- Monthly/annual financial reporting and related metricsÂ
- Oversight of administrative controlsÂ
- Communication with partners, investors, and stakeholder groupsÂ
- Operational accounting Â
- Fundraising activitiesÂ
- Cashflow managementÂ
Requirements:Â
- To be considered for this opportunity you must have your CPAÂ
- At least 5 years of experience at the management levelÂ
- Must have technical proficiency and be willing to do some operational accountingÂ
- To be considered you must construction industry experience
- Experience with Sage is strongly preferred however not requiredÂ
