As the Director of Finance, you will be working closely with the CFO and Executive team to provide insight and recommendations on business performance, assist with process improvement and be a strong finance partner to the business.  You will manage, lead and coach a team that includes Managers, and individual contributors.  If you enjoy processes improvement, FP&A and being a strategic business partner then this could the opportunity you have been looking for.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to align with the companies’ goals
• Develop financial KPIs to help the company drive the business
• Oversee financial operations such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance and internal controls
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and insurance provider
• Partner cross functionally with the business and financial insights and recommendations
• Lead and mentor finance team
• Provide insightful analysis on key trends and variances
• Lead the ERP evaluation and implementation process
• Cashflow management
• Assist the CFO in M&A activities
• Help integrate newly acquired businesses into the company

Requirements:

• To be consider for this opportunity you must have your CPA with 10 plus years of accounting experience and 5 plus years experience at the manager level
• Experience with processes improvement and change management is required
• Strong FP&A and financial modeling experience is required
